Last updated: 7 June 2026 · Version 1.0
By accessing, signing in to, connecting devices to, or using Syntria Hub, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
If the service is used on behalf of a company, institution, organization, or another party, the User represents that they have the proper authority to accept these Terms on behalf of such party.
Syntria Hub is a centralized infrastructure and operations management platform designed to assist Users in managing devices, access, security, monitoring, and maintenance through a unified dashboard.
Depending on the applicable service plan, enabled modules, and agreed configuration, Syntria Hub may include centralized device monitoring, remote access, operational management, access control, camera monitoring, maintenance management, activity records, audit logs, user management, roles, permissions, tenant management, and access restrictions based on organizational policies.
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of accounts, passwords, tokens, access links, and other credentials used to access Syntria Hub.
Administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate permissions, reviewing active users, revoking unnecessary access, and ensuring that each account is used only by authorized personnel.
By registering, connecting, or managing devices through Syntria Hub, the User represents that they have proper authority over the devices, locations, systems, or infrastructure being managed.
The User authorizes Syntria Hub and authorized parties to perform monitoring, administration, technical support, maintenance, configuration, and other operational actions according to enabled features and applicable permissions.
Any remote access usage must be conducted for lawful, proportionate, and legitimate purposes in accordance with the organization’s internal policies and applicable regulations.
Syntria Hub may collect and process operational data required to provide the service, including but not limited to device identifiers, connection status, performance information, activity records, access session metadata, configuration data, access control data, camera monitoring data, alerts, maintenance history, checklists, and operational reports.
This data is used for monitoring, troubleshooting, security, audit, technical support, reporting, service improvement, and operational accountability.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Syntria Hub is not intended to serve as a primary storage system, primary backup system, legal archive, or permanent repository for recordings, documents, or customer operational data.
Syntria Hub is designed to support safer, centralized, and controlled infrastructure management. However, no system, network, software, or digital service can be guaranteed to be entirely free from risks, interruptions, or errors.
The User remains responsible for securing their devices, internal networks, credentials, physical access, internal policies, and compliance with applicable security procedures within their organization.
Access to certain features may be limited based on subscription plan, trial period, device quota, user quota, enabled modules, or the applicable service agreement.
Fees, validity period, cancellation, renewal, technical support, and service scope may be further defined in a separate quotation, purchase order, contract, invoice, or service agreement.
The User must not use Syntria Hub to access systems without authorization, conduct unlawful activities, disrupt third-party services, bypass security mechanisms, misuse permissions, or perform actions that may harm Syntria Hub, other customers, or third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Syntria Hub shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, operational disruption, service degradation, loss of profit, or incidents arising from misuse, misconfiguration, third-party disruption, customer infrastructure failure, or actions performed by the User.
The User is responsible for ensuring that any operational action performed through Syntria Hub is authorized, compliant with internal procedures, and operationally safe.
Syntria Hub may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in the service, policies, operational requirements, or applicable legal requirements.
Continued use of the service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
